We’re a local charter company based in Culebra, Puerto Rico.

Our passion lies in creating absolutely unforgettable, safe and family friendly experiences. Captain Dave is a USCG certified captain, former lifeguard has over 15 years experience of the local waters around Culebra.

He has a lifelong love for fishing, an extensive knownledge of coral conservation, and a background as a tour operator since a young age.
